Steele has been advising clients for 14 years. He is passionate about helping others and giving back to our community. He is married to Katherine Cox Dehmer, and they have two boys, Whit, 8, and Shaw, 6.

With more than 17 years of experience in operations, customer service, project management, and process improvement, Nikki has built a career centered on solving problems, streamlining workflows, and building strong relationships.
Known for her attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and friendly approach, Nikki takes pride in building lasting relationships and ensuring every client receives personalized, dependable support.

Based in the Philippines, James enjoys traveling by motorcycle to explore nature and rejuvenate his spirit.
